The CRO agencies in Germany we could verify with a German address and a published A/B testing or conversion optimization service are DRIP Agency (Traunstein), konversionsKRAFT (Bad Homburg), ConversionBoosting (Ludwigshafen), growganic (Remscheid), Convertlab (Heilsbronn), Klickkonzept (Frankfurt) and TRKKN (Hamburg).
DRIP Agency has the most results in our archive by far: 41 tests for brands such as SNOCKS, BLACKROLL, Giesswein and Kickz. konversionsKRAFT is the long-standing choice for large telecom, finance and retail programs.
How we picked: we checked each agency's own website and legal notice (Impressum) in November 2026 for a German address, a conversion rate optimization (CRO) or A/B testing service and public case studies, then searched our archive for tests credited to them.
We have not hired these agencies, and the order is not a ranking beyond putting the agencies with the most public evidence first.

If you're open to a team outside Germany
Most CRO work is remote: research, test builds and reporting rarely need anyone in the room.
Our featured practitioner, Oliver Kenyon, co-founded Conversionwise, which lists a headquarters in Bristol and an address in London on its contact page.
It is a UK agency, so expect English-language reporting and contracts in pounds or US dollars, with a one-hour time difference to Germany.
Oliver Kenyon has 100 results in our archive, including losses.
One mobile test put search at the top of the menu and Clearance first with a 60% off label, worth +$92,000/month.
Another replaced mega menu product images with category descriptions and a testimonial for +$151,192/month. See the full profile.
The 7 CRO agencies in Germany

Based in: Kolpingstraße 32, 83278 Traunstein, per its imprint. The company is Drip Trading GmbH.
What they do: A/B testing and CRO for ecommerce only, offered as "done for you" (DRIP runs the program) or "done with you" (your team runs it with DRIP's research).
The homepage lists 70+ staff, 4,000+ tests run and a minimum of €100k+ monthly revenue.
It also runs its own testing platform, Apex, and offers +10% more revenue in under six months or month seven onward is free.

Tests in our archive: 41, on the DRIP Agency profile.
A '100% Merino Wolle' badge on Giesswein product pages reported +€232,500 a month.
At Kickz, replacing the cart page with a one-CTA cart drawer with upsells gave +14.2% RPU.
Not everything won: a more prominent money-back guarantee for a beauty tech brand lost, at -9.2% purchases.
Best for: direct-to-consumer brands in fashion, food, fitness and beauty with enough traffic to run tests in parallel.
Not for lead gen, SaaS or small stores: the revenue minimum rules out most young shops.
2. konversionsKRAFT

Based in: Seifgrundstraße 2, 61348 Bad Homburg v. d.
Höhe, per its imprint (konversionsKRAFT AG). Bad Homburg is on the edge of Frankfurt.
What they do: conversion optimization with A/B tests, personalization, relaunch safeguarding, loyalty work and training for in-house teams.

Co-founder Julian Kleinknecht is credited on the site with over 1,200 A/B tests.

Not for sites on other platforms, SaaS or lead gen.

How to choose
D2C and fashion brands with real traffic
DRIP Agency has the deepest public record of ecommerce test results, with 41 tests in our archive. growganic suits brands selling across several countries.
Shopify stores
Convertlab works only with Shopify brands. For more options, including agencies outside Germany, see our list of Shopify CRO agencies.
Enterprise, telecom, finance and lead gen
konversionsKRAFT has the broadest list of large clients outside retail.
TRKKN fits when analytics and data privacy are the main problem.
Teams building in-house skills
ConversionBoosting combines consulting with certified courses. konversionsKRAFT also offers training and reports that freenet took its program in-house.
Paid media first
Klickkonzept handles ads and landing pages together.
What to look for
- Published results with losses: agencies that show failed tests, as DRIP and growganic do, are reporting honestly.
- A clear primary metric: ask whether they judge tests on revenue per user, orders or add to cart; the significance math depends on it.
- Enough traffic for the plan: ask how many tests your traffic supports per month, and check it with a sample size calculator.
- Data protection: German buyers need a consent-aware tracking and testing setup that fits the GDPR.
- Who builds the tests: confirm whether design and development are in-house or subcontracted.
- Tool ownership: find out whether you keep the testing tool and the test history if you leave.
- Contract terms: look for short notice periods and read any guarantee closely.
Our guide to choosing a CRO agency covers the questions to ask on the first call.
What it costs
None of these agencies publishes a price list.
Most quote a monthly retainer based on scope and test volume.
Two publish terms instead of prices: DRIP Agency asks for €100k+ monthly revenue and offers month seven onward free if it misses +10% revenue in under six months, and Convertlab guarantees a 5x ROI in six months. ConversionBoosting says it avoids long contracts.
For typical price ranges and what changes them, see CRO pricing.
If you only want a one-off review, compare CRO audit services.
Real results from German-speaking stores
Most of these tests ran on German and Austrian ecommerce sites.
Contorion ran its test in-house; ClickValue ran the Dachfenster-rollo.de test.
Watch out for
- Agency-reported revenue: figures like "€500M+ in additional revenue" or monthly euro wins are projections from test results, not audited sales. Ask how they are calculated.
- Win rates without context: a high win rate can mean safe, small tests. Ask what share of wins were rolled out and held up.
- Small tests sold as big wins: the Dachfenster-rollo.de test above had about 2,000 visitors across three versions, so its lift is likely overstated.
- Bundled services: analytics or ad agencies may treat CRO as an add-on. Ask how many tests they ran last quarter.
