A SaaS CRO agency researches, designs and A/B tests the pages that turn visitors into trials, demo requests and paid plans: landing pages, pricing pages, sign-up flows and demo forms.
B2B CRO agencies do the same for lead-gen funnels, where the goal is a qualified lead rather than a checkout.
Below are the agencies whose SaaS and B2B tests appear in our database, what their own sites say they offer, and how to judge their results.
We list what each agency has published and what its site says.
We don't rank them, and we haven't audited their client work.
B2B CRO agencies with published SaaS and B2B tests
Every agency below is credited on real tests in our database.
Most of these results are agency-reported, and many bundle several changes, so read them as evidence of the kind of work an agency does, not as a forecast for your funnel.
Oliver Kenyon, Conversionwise (featured)
Oliver Kenyon co-founded Conversionwise and has 13 years in CRO.
The Conversionwise site lists landing page and funnel builds, ongoing CRO testing, full website redesigns, Shopify development, post-click audits and strategy workshops, and claims 4,000+ brands served since 2013.
Be clear on the fit: the site is written for ecommerce brands and doesn't mention SaaS or B2B.
If your main need is paid-traffic landing pages or a funnel rebuild, the landing page and post-click audit work is the closest match, so ask on the call whether they take on software clients.
Oliver's tests are on Oliver Kenyon's practitioner page.
KlientBoost
KlientBoost is a paid media agency that also builds and tests landing pages.
Its CRO service page lists landing page design, A/B and multivariate testing, funnel analysis, UX research and analytics setup, with ongoing management, one-time audits, consulting and performance-based engagements. It doesn't publish a CRO price.
KlientBoost is credited on 24 SaaS results in our database, almost all PPC landing page work.
Multi-step forms and fast landing page testing for Juniper Networks came with +329% conversion rate.
A 2-step landing page and eBook-to-demo funnel for Kiddom came with +145% enterprise demos.
A competitor-focused multi-step page for Thinkific came with +66% conversion rate.
The caveat matters: these are before/after results from whole paid-media engagements.
Ads, keywords, targeting and pages changed together, so you can't tell how much of each lift came from the page.
Cro Metrics
Cro Metrics says on its homepage that it works best with mid-market and enterprise brands in ecommerce, SaaS, healthcare, nonprofits and hospitality.
Services include conversion optimization, customer journey analysis, analytics, paid media and website design and build.
Its tests for hosting provider Hivelocity were real A/B tests.
Moving pricing and filters above the fold on the dedicated servers page brought +187% checkouts.
A high-contrast homepage hero image brought +180% CTA clicks, and questions in the right-hand rail brought +53% entry into the funnel.
The source gives no sample sizes, and the case study describes a low-traffic site, so treat the sizes of these lifts with care.
Apexure
Apexure is a landing page and conversion agency.
Its site says it builds landing pages and websites, tracking, CRM and follow-up for the traffic that clients send, and that it doesn't run ads or SEO itself.
For cybersecurity SaaS Flare, a short Book a Demo page with only a headline, customer logos and a form beat the long original by +65% conversion rate.
The test ran for about a week with no traffic numbers published.
For a B2B wholesaler, a site redesign came with +35% qualified enquiries and 2x form fills.
Conversionista
Conversionista is a Nordic experimentation agency with offices in Stockholm, Oslo, Amsterdam, Gothenburg and Malmö.
Its site lists digital growth and strategy, experimentation and A/B testing, and research and analysis.
Its Fortum work is a good example of iteration on a subscription price page.
Moving price details into a modal lost, at -9% CTR.
The follow-up that kept the drop-down and redesigned the price blocks won, at +9% click-through.
Ask any agency for a sequence like this: a loss, what was learned, and the next test.
What a SaaS conversion rate optimization agency works on
SaaS funnels convert in steps, and most agency work falls on one of them.
Our SaaS CRO guide covers each in depth.
| Funnel step | Typical tests | Example from our database |
|---|---|---|
| Paid landing pages | Message match, multi-step forms, shorter pages | KlientBoost's Juniper Networks pages (bundled, +329% conversion rate) |
| Homepage and CTAs | Offer wording, hero, proof | Trial wording in Spreedly's homepage CTA, run by CXperts: +34% contact form submissions at 90% significance |
| Pricing page | Plan layout, price visibility, highlighted plan | Hivelocity pricing above the fold: +187% checkouts |
| Demo request page | Page length, form fields, logos | Flare short demo page: +65% conversion rate |

How to judge a SaaS or B2B CRO agency
- Ask what metric they optimize. A lift in demo requests or trials can hide a drop in qualified pipeline or paid plans. Ask how they track results through to revenue.
- Separate A/B tests from bundled results. A before/after of a whole campaign rebuild is not the same evidence as a controlled test. Ask for sample sizes and confidence levels.
- Check your traffic first. Many B2B pages get too few conversions to test quickly. Run your numbers through the sample size calculator. If one test would take months, a CRO audit may be the better first buy.
- Ask for losses. Good agencies publish tests that failed, like Conversionista's Fortum modal. A deck with only winners tells you little.
